Hon Amb Disebe S. Bala Donga born in Makurdi, Benue State in the year 1982 7th February, into a family of Master Warrant officer Bala Boyi, I am the 3rd out of 7. I attended the Nigerian Airforce Children School in Kaduna, in the year 1994 I started the Nigeria Airforce Secondary school Kaduna.
